TERMS & CONDITIONS

TURN AROUND TIME:

Shoot processing for client review, select(s) processed for reproduction and all

retouched files will be delivered in a timely fashion, within a mutually agreed upon schedule.

RETOUCHING:

Basic retouching included. Any additional retouching requested by the Client will be quoted on

a case-by-case basis.

DELIVERY:

All final edit photographs will be delivered electronically within 24-72hrs via DropBox or similar

service. USB thumbdrive delivery available upon request.

PAYMENT:

Accepted Methods of payments are: cash, check, PayPal, Credit Cards, and Wire Transfer. Other

payment options might be available. Please contact us for more details.

IMAGE USAGE RIGHTS:

: You are granted the rights to use, distribute, license (but not re-sell to others) the

photos for any reason related to the marketing and sale of the real estate for the life of the listing and any

subsequent renewal by the same agent. If the listing expires or the property sells, or a new agent take the

listing then the rights to use the photos immediately expire. Grant of any rights to the Client is conditioned

upon receipt of payment in full.

IMAGE COPYRIGHTS:

All of the Photographs copyright remain the sole and exclusive property of the

Photographer.

ADDITIONAL USAGE:

If Client wishes to make any additional uses of the photographs not covered in the

Image Usage Rights section, Client shall obtain permission from the Photographer and pay an additional fee to

be agreed upon.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:

We understand how dynamic the real estate industry is

and things can change in an instant! However, we respectfully ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule

photo shoots. Within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. If we arrive at the property

to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property), 50% of the quoted shoot amount will be

assessed in addition to the $75 cancellation fee. We do not foresee any reason to assess fees as

communication between us will be open and current.
