Can I just use a smartphone to take pictures of the property?
You are certainly free to use whatever you like. But remember that you will convey the message of the medium you have used. An iPhone or any other smartphone truly is a far cry from professional photography.
It all boils down to: Do you want to get to the party dropped by dad’s Station wagon or step out of a black stretch limo?
I don’t need professional photos, my basic snapshots will be OK and the property will sell anyway…
Sure, sooner or later it may sell, but did you just cost yourself and your client money by not generating enough interest for multiple offers?
How long will it take to photograph the property?
In most cases it will take between 1 and 2 hours. Larger properties with more areas and interesting features might take longer to represent. We will always do our best to accommodate the shoot within a time frame that is most convenient to you.
How do I prepare my home for photography?
Your home should always be clean and decluttered. Try to put all personal items out of sight. Personal vehicles, garbage cans, etc. should always be hidden inside the garage. To see or download a complete Pre-Shoot Checklist Click here.
Does anyone need to be there during the photoshoot?
You are certainly more than welcome to be there but it is not necessary. You can provide us with the lockbox code to access and photograph the property and we will lock it back as soon as we are finished.
How long will it take for me to receive my photographs?
In most cases we will have everything ready within 24-72hrs. Some properties shoots might take longer to edit than others. We also offer a rush service with guaranteed delivery within 24hrs for just an additional $ 50
How will my photographs be delivered?
All photographs are delivered electronically via Dropbox or any other download service of your choice. We can also provide you with a USB thumbdrive with all files.
What type of payment do you accept?
The one that is most convenient for you! Cash. check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal
What type of photographs will I receive?
All photographs delivered to the final client (Real Estate Agent, owner, etc.) will be fully edited, color corrected and resized for optimal online resolution. High-Res TIFF files for printing and advertising can also be provided on demand.
